Crash On Play OSX

So I have done a clean install and made sure that all prefs caches have been removed.

On playing a track (any remote or local) the application crashes

On starting using the terminal I can see the following problem:

spotify(35717,0xb7481000) malloc: *** error for object 0x6d3849dd: pointer being freed was not allocated
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug
Terminating process due to a potential for future heap corruption: errno=002

This renders the application useless

OSX 10.9.5

How about some QA here! Not only are you releaseing updates that remove features but you are release regresive code - How about not being the company that eveyone learns to hate?
