Playback Artifacts in "channel ORANGE" by Frank Ocean

I'm hearing quite a few playback artifacts in "channel ORANGE" using my desktop player on Mac.

I'm running OSX 10.9.2 with Spotify version 0.9.8.296

I have high quality streaming enabled and I'm plugged into ethernet with no bandwidth issues. I tried clearing out my cache but it didn't seem to help. Seems to be encode artifacts in this specific album.

A good example happens at 0:11 in the song "Forrest Gump" in Frank's vocal. The "I" in the phrase "I wanna see your..." is garbled. The punchy kick drums are also garbled throughout this track.
