My Question or Issue

 I'm using Spotify from my iMac. It's getting very slow when I ask him to show my playlists. Do I need to upgrade the app or the OS? Or it's just an app problem? Please help me. I'm a Spotify user since 2015 and this has never happened to me.

I can't say I have had that problem on my Mac yet. A few suggestions:

Try restarting your Mac.

Try restarting the app.

Check for a Spotify update. You can do this by clicking the down arrow next to your account name in the top right hand corner. If there is an update, it should be highlighted in blue.
