Premium does not work after moving to another country

Hey girls and guys,

six week ago I moved from Germany to Austria. I am using Spotify Premium since 08/12 and it always worked perfectly. But now - after six weeks in Austria - it says, that my 14-day-limit for travelling is over. But I do not have a limit with premium. And they booked the fee from my bank account. Please help me, this is so annoying, because I cannot even use the free version although I paid for premium.

Spotify have appeared to have had some issues this month with that payment method, there have been reports all over the community. Unfortunately, it's something Spotify need to deal with themselves, so if you could get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
