Hello this is my 1st visit to the SPOTIFY forum so apologies if I have misplaced this question: I am a co user with my partner and a week ago I am no longer able to play my playlist in sequence (as I have before) but the next song jumps to a random song /podcast from my library: I have deleted the app and reloaded but still (and now it says my podcast is not available but I have to download it from my computer???). Any direction to a link or vid or posting is MUCH appreciated (visual restrictions so easy reading is better) Cheers ps disabled vpn/blocks just in case)

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

For starters, make sure that Smart Shuffle is off, this feature shuffles your playlists and adds recommendations based on your listening habits. You can check out how to do it with this info. If that doesn't make a difference, we'd recommend checking if you have any content added to your Queue, and if you do, you can clear it and try again. 

 

If none of the above helps, then go to your Account Overview page and Sign out everywhere. Additionally, remove access to all the apps you've connected to your account from here. You can easily reconnect your apps anytime. Once done, log back in and check if that makes a difference.
