Recent Artists Sync won't appear if played from desktop

My Question or Issue

When I play Spotify Premium from my mobile device, my 'Recently Played Artists' updates regularly and ordinarily. However when I play music from my desktop, none of these artists are added to the list. I am definitely not on 'private mode'.

Thanks for getting in touch!

On some devices, the Recently Played won't be updated until you stop listening and later after that start a new session. The Recently Played from your previous session should then be updated.
