Says offline when it's online

My Question or Issue

I have the app downloaded on my computer and i am connected to the wifi but my spotify app continues to say offline. I tried turning the connection off and on again but that did not work and I moved closer to the router and even turned that on and off again but that also did not work. It works fine on my IPhone, and my wifi is working fine on my phone, but it still says it is offline on my computer.

Do you see this offline label on the top of the Spotify app?

If this label is appearing then try going into the 3 dots menu on the top left. Go to File -> Offline Mode and turn it off.

If that does not help, please share your app version along with a screenshot of the error (if any).
