Search function not working properly in Liked Songs

The search functionality is flawed in the Liked Songs section.

Demo:

- I search for the term "Forest Studio", I get SEVEN songs

- the problem is that it's missing songs, for example:

Weirdly enough, if I put all of my Liked Songs into a playlist, the search function works properly and I get TWELVE songs:

In other words, it's missing five songs for whatever reason.

This faulty behavior is present across operating systems and devices - Windows 11, Mac OS, Android.

Thanks for reaching out.

We've been looking into this but so far have been unable to reproduce the issue. Does this only happen with those specific songs or with others too? To rule out all possible root causes, could you please test if the behaviour is the same on a different account? You can use the account of someone you know or make one yourself.

If the issue persists everywhere and with all content, please send us a video of the behaviour so that we can see exactly what's going on. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

I have tested it on another account and the search works properly. I added all the songs of the "Forest studio" and the search finds them all, even in the Liked Songs.

Hey @Sophon,

Thanks for the screen recording!

Can you try removing all of these "Forest studio" songs from your Liked Songs (unliking them) and then adding them again afterwards to see if that makes a difference with the search? You can also try logging out and back in twice in a row afterwards, since that will ensure that everything's synced up.
