I've gone through all the steps in every thread on my Macbook Air. Paid subscription.

 

"Something went wrong" error popping up on both desktop app as well as web player.

 

Help please.

 

And yes, I've gone through all the steps in previous threads. Currently on hour 18 trying to get this resolved.

To have a better understanding of what's going on, can you let us know exactly where you're seeing that error message? Is it appearing after trying a specific action, like logging in or opening a specific section of the app? A screenshot where we can see it will come in handy, just make sure not to include any private info.

 

Additionally, can you list all the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? This is so we don't repeat anything and know where to start.
