Songs, Artists, Albums, basically anything but my offline playlists will not load

I'm using a Mac running High Sierra. 

I've been having this issue for awhile and it's been driving me nuts and I haven't found a solid solution for it yet.

It happens especially when I open spotify again, but it will not load my songs, albums, artists, playlists, searches, basically ANYTHING except my offline playlists. Eventually after a day or so it might start working again. Ive tried reinstalling, emptying cache, but I keep having the issue and its really bumming me out.

Anyone else had this issue? Any solutions?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend updating to macOS Mojave 10.14 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
