Spotify Icon in the Touch Bar disappears

My Question or Issue

 Hello, I use Spotify on my 2019 Mac Pro and when I shut down the Mac to sleep, while Spotify remains open and open my Mac again the Spotify icon disappears in the Touch Bar, so I always have to quit Spotify separately in the doc and open it again to get the icon back, it's a bit annoying because I'd like to use Spotify straight after I open up the Mac and switch songs in the Touch Bar, maybe you can fix that issue in the next update or does anyone know another solution?!
