Spotify podcast playback issues with silences and pauses

If happens to me while listening to podcasts on Spotify for Mac (not on iPhone), that when there's a silence such as between words and sentences the audio cuts off and it resume at the middle of the word. Most commonly when some starts speaking. It's like if the sound muted and turned on in the middle of the word. Like skipping the first couple of syllables when the podcasters start talking. With Music there's no issue, playback is perfect. Also on iPhone I don't get this problem

Does it occur with all podcasts or only specific ones? Send us the links to some of the affected episodes and we'll gladly take a look into this! 🙂
We'd also like to know if you've tried any troubleshooting so far and, in case you haven't yet, we may try removing your cached data as shown in this article here first to see if that makes any difference.
