Spotify thinks I'm offline. Restarting app required.

I toggle the offline mode but Spotify still thinks I am offline. I have to quit Spotify and open it again for it to stop thinking I'm offline.

Anyone experience this issue?

Have you tried a Clean reinstall of your Spotify app like shown here?
