Spotify will crash while watching a podcast and go to a grey screen

Watching podcast and out of nowhere screen will go grey with the Spotify logo in the upper left corner. No audio or video.

We'll do our best to help out. It's possible that this is caused by an issue with the app, so it's always a good idea to do a clean reinstallation, following this step-by-step guide. 

If the app still crashes after that, can you give us the following info, so we can narrow down what's causing this issue:

• Device model and OS version
• Spotify app version
• Is this happening on all of your devices and with all podcasts you watch (send us a link to the episode which crashes)
• Do you have Spotify free or Premium
• Are you using a school/ work computer or network connection
