The "New episodes" screen has been blank for weeks, on both macOS and website versions

Solved!

The "New episodes" screen has been blank for weeks, on both macOS and website versions

On the "Home" screen, in the "All" tab, clicking on either "New episodes" or the adjacent "Show all" link leads to a blank screen after a flicker of loading animations, in both the macOS app and the website player.

I've both cleared the data cache and completely removed and reinstalled the app, following the guides on the support site.

Hi there @verdys,

Thanks for the reply and the info provided.

Looks like the feature is currently available only on mobile devices. That's the reason why it's not loading on the desktop app or the Web Player. We always test improvements, so some features might work for a while or stop working for a bit. We’re constantly looking for opportunities to enhance the user experience for everyone though, so your feedback on this is greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, you can use the What's New tab instead to keep track of new releases, which will include both music & podcast entries. Tip: The feature is also available on mobile. You can access it by swiping left on your Home page.

If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.

Hi @verdys

Welcome to the Community! And thank you for letting us know about this.

We would like to investigate further but in order to do that we would need you to provide us with some details:

1. your username

2.your Spotify's version

With that information we would be happy to look further into this.

We'll be on the lookout for your response.
