Hello. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

I'm using Spotify on a MacBook Pro, running Sierra 10.12.6.

Whenever I try to add an artist or album to my radio or station, I get a message that says "This radio station cannot be started."

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? Do I have to upgrade to the Premium service to be able to use this feature?
