Upper Display in Playlists is missing

Brief description of the issue: I cannot see anything in the top of the listing of any listing of album or playlist. See screenshot below.

Steps to reproduce the issue: It just occurs. Basically after I click on a Playlist and I see the screen below.

What steps you’ve tried already: I removed and reinstalled Spotify using the Help doc.

Your device and operating system MacOS 10.10.5 Maverick

Type of Spotify account you have (Free/ Premium): Premium

The app version of Spotify you’re using: 1.0.73.345.g6c9971ef
