My Question or Issue

When I try to use the miniplayer, I get "you've discovered a premium feature" even though I am a premium user.

Thanks for reaching out!

I've previously seen a similar issue and I think it should be fairly easy to resolve 🙂

  • If this is happening to you on the Web Player, try clearing your browser's cache & cookies and restarting it!
  • If it's occurring on the desktop app, restart it and log out and back in. If the issue remains, give a complete clean reinstall a go.
