a track without sound

a track without sound

Description

It looks like the track spotify:track:6ql61jITHSnZhwN4PUkszR
won't play because empty.
Precision : the track isn't dimmed in grey, so it should play

 

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. I played all others in the list, ok

2. I also tried with spotify on IOS, same problem

  

My Operating System

OS X 10.9.5

 

My Spotify version

1.0.6.80

 

My internet provider and country

Proximus, Belgium

 

My username

mbauwens

Hello there and welcome to the community,

 

That's weird. I tested the song and it plays normally for me.

 

The only country this album is not availabe is US, then no problem normally for Belgium.

 

Do you experience the same when you try to play the song from the album and not from the section "Titres les plus écoutés" ?

 

Have you tried to log out and back in ?

Well, in fact it works with IOS

but it won't work with OSX and version of Spotify 1.0.6.80.g2a801a53 (nor even prior version)

ANY other song (I do have some +2500) work normaly.

I also tried and restart after connecting to a VPN with France and Netherland country without success.

I noticed that there is no stard or end time showing down

More and more weird, I am in France and it works fine for me.

 

Try to paste that in the search box and see what happens : spotify:album:3rgIIjgym9BgafDGLRGJK2 (that's the album)

That's the individual track : spotify:track:6ql61jITHSnZhwN4PUkszR

Yes the problem remains both with album or individual track, even with open.spotify.com !
I'll try again tomorrow after a cold restart of the computer.
