The album you mentioned has probably been removed from the catalogue.

Why does this happen? The artists and their record labels make their tracks available for streaming based on deals with Spotify, and they can decide to pull their own content (which doesn't belong to Spotify in any manner) anytime. Of course, Spotify doesn't want this to happen - but sadly, it can't be otherwise. Find out more on this Support article.
