can not change my country after upgrading to Premium

I had to change my Country to USA while I was there for my Holidays. Now, back in Austria I was trying to change it back but it did not allow me to do so. So I upgraded to Premium, as it said on my profil page but still can not change my Country. 

Any idea what to do?

First, try a different browser or icognito mode.

If it doesn't help, write to the Spotify staff team using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

The reason why you "had to" change your country is, that free users are only allowed to use Spotify abroad for 14 days. Next time you should buy premium before going to holidays a longer time, because its a hassle to change back your country. Also, isn't it nice to have your offline playlists with you and don't need to be dependent on available hotspot access? 😄

To change your country you will need both an ip and valid payment details of your current location (austria). Do you have these?

yes I'm in Austria and I changed my payment info back to Austria. After given the new credit card the website asked me if i wanna switch back and i said yes. But it did not change back on my profil and I still can not listen to the Austrian Songs again
