Thanks for reaching out via the Community!

 

Could you let us know when you noticed that this error message appeared for the first time? Was it after a specific event?

 

This could be an issue related to some corrupted cache, so I recommend giving Spotify a clean reinstall if you haven't already, both on your desktop and phone with the steps here.

 

Let us know if the same issue happens on other occasions when you're using Spotify or only when adding songs to the queue.
