playlist not downloading

My Question or Issue

 I'm trying to download my playlist, I've tried everything but it won't actually start the download. Every time I turn the download switch on it would just get stuck on the first song... I thought it was my internets problem, so i left it all night downloading hoping that it would at least get a few songs in, but that was not the case.

Could you try this using a different internet connection? Please make sure that your connection is strong.

If that doesn’t help, let me know so we can do some troubleshooting with the app.
