AI DJ problem, plays songs from Artist I blocked

I blocked some artist I don't like in my player, but the AI DJ still playing them sometimes, there are any other way to block or  to make the ai stop from doing this?

Keep in mind that if the artist you blocked is featured on a song, it may still appear on your app as it's not the main artist directly. If the song the DJ plays has that artist as the main artist it should be automatically skipped. In order to continue investigating this behavior, confirm the following info:

- Is the blocked artist the main artist of the song the DJ is playing?

- Does this happen with other artists or just a specific one?

- Is it happening across all the devices you mentioned?

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

The last song I have with this problem have two artist involved, and both of them are blocked

This happen with others song too, usually when I left the reproduction unatended...

The next time the DJ plays an artist you've blocked, could you try unblocking them, then blocking them again to see if that does the trick? This should force a resync that may help here.

Just to confirm, when you block a new artist that was recommended by DJ, is the currently played song skipped or does it continue to play? It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of Spotify on both your phone and PC - this will rule out any potential issues with corrupted cache.

Hi, When I block an artist recomended by DJ, the player skip the song, but time after or the next time I launch the player (alleatory), appear a song from some of the blocked artist...

I have blocked Maluma directly and from many collabs so it's not played by DJ X. Until now, I haven't had any issues with spotify playing an artist I've blocked before, however it just played a song by Maluma in which he's the only artist listed. I thought maybe I didn't had him blocked directly but when I entered the artist's page it was already blocked. This totally killed the vibe of my jam as I don't like the latin genre at all, but I happen to live in Colombia so he's in the top played artists, so DJ X went and played one of his songs. Yes, it's not a huge issue, but this is exactly what blocking an artist should prevent. DJ X should be more tunned to one's likes and not just the stuff that's popular locally.
