Hey there @francescolux,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Where or when exactly do you get the 'AccessDenied' error message? Is it when you're trying to log in or when you open the app? Also, does it disappear or stay there the whole time? If possible, send a screenshot so we can take a look.

On another note, we'd recommend checking your Hosts file and making sure there are no entries including Spotify. You can follow the steps here. If that doesn't help, try running a clean reinstall of the app and check if that makes a difference.

If the issue persists, send over the Spotify version you're running.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply!

Hey there @francescolux,

Thanks for the reply

Unfortunately, the screenshots haven't been uploaded properly.

Something else you can try is to update your sound drivers. Read more about how to do that here. You should also check if there are any available updates for your graphics card drivers, as those can also cause some issues if a newer version gets released and the old ones are no longer supported by some processes.

On another note, please check that "Explicit Content" is allowed on Spotify from the app settings, and that you have not blocked any of the artists you're trying to play (This can be checked from their artist profiles on Mobile).

Also, make sure that you don't have any VPN enabled and that traffic for the Spotify app is permitted through any kind of firewall, you might be using.

Cheers.
