My Question or Issue

I have been sent a couple of audiobook codes to redeem via Authors Direct, but whenever I try to redeem it I get the account verifications screen (is this you? continue), and then the 'Something Went Wrong'.
I have redeemed codes here before with no issue.

I've cleared the cache on the app, logged out and back in, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my computer.

I've also tried redeeming on two different browsers and in incognito mode. I get the same message every time.

 

Is there a current issue with this service?

I have been experiencing the same problem today (redeeming audiobook code via Authors Direct), have also tried various devices and even tried a different spotify account. Nothing works. Seeing your message too, makes me think it must be Spotify. 

Looks like it's been resolve, seems to be working okay now. Nice to hear I wasn't alone though. 🙂
