My Question or Issue

Autoplay is turned off on both my desktop and phone, however, if I play a playlist on Spotify and the playlist ends, Spotify starts playing "related" songs. I hate it. I do not like or want these random songs. Once the playlist finishes, the music should just stop. Once again, yes, autoplay is turned off in the settings. Please help me because I desperately want to turn this awful feature off.

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

I understand that you want to turn off autplay. It should not play recommended songs if it is turned off. Can you share a screen recording that shows the issue that you are facing so I can understand better?

Also clear your queue in-case there is anything queued up. You can also try a clean-install of the Spotify App. To learn more about how to do that, here is a quick guide.

Windows 11, Spotify for Windows (64 bit) 1.2.35.663.gb699649e

I also can't clear the queue, because the "clear queue" button is missing because I'm not the ones adding the songs.  I restarted the application that didn't work.  I enabled autoplay and restarted, but it didn't couldn't even retain that I enabled autoplay.  Yet, it keeps adding songs to the queue.  And I can't clear the queue because there is no "clear queue" button because it thinks autoplay is enabled.

This bug has been reported here years ago, yet here I am wasting my time reporting it again.  Fix**bleep**. Dicks.

The only thing that kinda works for me is rebooting my phone all together, and even then it's temporary

After finishing a playlist another starts playing without my consent. The new playlist has nothing to do with with music I like. Autoplay is off. How to stop this annoying madness? I am a paying customer and should be in charge of content I consume.
