[BUGS] Playlist folders in sidebar

My Question or Issue

The following behaviour regarding playlist folders is new, persistent (couple of weeks) and I am on the latest version:

1) The content of playlist folders is only visible on the right in the main content/playlist/library view, it is not possible anymore to expand them in the idebar.

2) It is impossible to move items out of playlist folders after dragging them into the folder. The mouse cursor changes as if it was possible to drag&drop the items out of the folder, the target is highlighted, but nothing happens when releasing the mouse.
