My Question or Issue

This morning I found most of my music greyed out- only the explicit ones. After a bit of digging I found out how to enable the explicit music on my phone. I go to my laptop (the SAME EXACT ACCOUNT) and I can't get them to un-grey out. I searched every single settings, account info, etc, but there's no button to enable the content like there was on my phone. I'm very frustrated, please help.

Hi there @emilywindfall862! Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

Can you try enabling Explicit content on the desktop app as well by following these steps?

If the option isn't there, can you send us a screenshot of what you see in Settings? It's also worth trying using another internet connection to see if it makes any difference.

Keep me posted

Hey, I've tried that and I don't see it anywhere, I looked everywhere but I couldn't find the 'enabling explicit content"

I need to allow explicit content on my desktop(windows).

I figured out it was because I didn't have a birthday under my account, You have to go to your profile picture -> account -> edit profile. then add your birthday and email
