Can't Skip to next song

I am running spotify on Windows 10 and have Premium. 

I have a play list but can't skip to next song.  When I click next it stops the song.  When I click play it restarts the same song.  I can only use the mouse and slide track to the end of the song and it will then move to the next song.

Any help would be great.

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
