Can't install Spotify on my laptop

My Question or Issue

So, the story started with my laptop when i was used windows 7 and then i wanted to upgrade to windows 10 i upgraded it and after all updates i have that problem what i showed you up in my screenshots!(For now im using windows 10 pro (1607) so maybe the problem with it but i can't upgrade my laptop to newer version because he can't install it)! But few days ago i tried to fix that problem i solved that but for a 2 days and after that spotify can't start after update(i tried to download older version for now but it not works anymore)! So please if you know the answer can you help me?(im really like to listen music on Spotify and that only player i can use in my laptop)

Missing .dll errors are often caused when those get removed either by your system or by an antivirus. Sometimes this can be caused by corrupted app files too.

We suggest the following:

• Do a clean reinstall of the Spotify app, following this exact guide. This will help you remove all Spotify app files which could be corrupted.
• Make sure that your antivirus software hasn't quarantined any Spotify related files or .dll files. You can check the quarantine and restore those missing .dll files.
• Make sure you're running the latest driver update for your graphics card. This can often cause such errors when a new driver is released.
• If none of that helps, check out the post from Mosken_L here for more troubleshooting you can try that will repair missing .dll files on your system.
