Can't login through desktop with my phone number

Whenever I login through desktop through phone no. It tells me to check my phone no. when there's no problem with it but when try to login with another phone no. it logins just fine. What's even happening??

Thanks for posting in the Community.

It may be so that the account you want to login on with the first phone number doesn't have a phone number login possibility. Are you able to login with the first phone number on a different device?

Are you able to login with the email address of the first account?
