Can't play a folder of playlists

I can no longer play a folder of playlists on the Windows client. There is a Play button which changes to Pause when I click it, but nothing ever plays. This used to work on the Desktop client. It can be done on the iOS client using the All Song option. Anyone else experience this?

Yes this just happened to me. I have lots of folders all arranged by genre and sometimes i like to play individual albums from the folder and sometimes i like to shuffle the whole folder. It no longer shuffles the whole folder. I am looking into other services and will probably drop Spotify. They really do not like you listening to your own music and keep tweaking it to make you listen to curated lists.

Yes and then it will crash.  I'm also looking into other services.
