Can't play the current song

Can't play the current song

Hi all

After 10-15 minutes listening music with premium spotify. A blue pop-up shows up above with this message: "Can't play the current song"

This is only happening on my laptop and it started this morning, my other devices are working fine.

I've unistalled and install again Spotify when I' am still having the same issue.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this situation?

Regards,

Victor

Hi.

Can you try a clean installation? Here's how, I also recommend to do it in safe mode so that you don't have to do the same thing twice:

May differ a bit (I'm on windows 10)

Uninstall Spotify.

Go to "C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage" and delete everything inside the folder.

Also delete the folder "C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\<random numbers-user>\"

Delete the Spotify folders in "C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming"
And
"C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local"

Reinstall.

Here's installer that should contain a full version of Spotify:
http://download.spotify.com/SpotifyFullSetup.exe

If it doesn't help try the same method in safe mode:

Add Windows version you use for information on how to enable safe mode.
