Cant play Music on Pc

I recently bought Sportify Premium.
And since I activated it I cant listen to music anymore.
When I press the start button it just shows the time but doesnt make a Sound.
I tried to look for a output Change in the settings but didnt find one. So no I`m just screwed because I cant listen to music

Could you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you are using? Also, try to log out from the app, restart your device and then log back in.

I did already try to log in and out.
I am currently using a PC on Windows 10 and I think I have the newest spotify Version (Where can I look the version up?)
On my phone it works, but its kinda annoying to hear to 2 devices at the same time
