Change from free to premium: playlists deleted :(

Change from free to premium: playlists deleted :(

Hello,

well, my situation is a little complicated, that's why i couldn't find answer at support page...

1. I had a spotify free account, registered only with my facebook account.

2. I was invited to a spotify family, so i had to change to premium. For that i wanted sign up with my facebook account (because there was written that so my old playlists from free account are integrated to new premium account, because it is the same account), but that did not work.

3. So i decided to create a new spotify account with my other email address, even though i knew that my old playlists would not be available then on the premium account. But that was no problem for me. I always signed out and in, changed between the accounts. So far so good...

4. Now my problem: I dumbass have clicked on FIND FRIENDS, then the checkbox appeared "CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK", so i did.

5. Now my new premium account is also connected to my facebook account, BUT THE OLD PLAYLISTS ARE DELETED!!! I signed completely out, and then again signed in with facebook, but every time i do that now i come to my new premium account WITHOUT THE OLD PLAYLISTS. I think i have OVERWRITED my old account...am i right?

HOW CAN I GET BACK MY OLD PLAYLISTS???

I'd be so lucky if you could help me...

Thanks, hidetoshi

Hi.

Check with Spotify support if they can find your playlists and transfer them to your new account.
They can be contacted here:
Contact form:
https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support
Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares
Twitter:
https://twitter.com/spotifycares

Try to provide the required information account user name and/or email adress that the accounts are connected to.

Oh man now I found a solution...luckily one of the playlists in the new account was just a copy of my old account. In the playlist i can see the the creator of it (= my old account), and luckily there is a link on it, so i can go to my old public playlists.

Thank God!!
