My Question or Issue

I have a trial premium account. I have created a playlist of the songs I would like to download.

I cannot see any button that will allow me to download the playlist to my laptop to be able to play offline. Is the download feature available on the trial account?

Hey there @user-removed!

Just noticed in the screenshots you've sent you are trying to download the playlist on the Web Player, which doesn't have support for listening to offline content.

You can download content only on desktop, mobile, and tablet apps. You can see more info about it here.

Hope this clears things up.

Hi there @user-removed!

You should be able to listen to offline music even during the trial period. Could you try it on another device, like Spotify on your phone or another desktop, to see if you can download the playlist there?

If you don't mind, can you share with us a quick video of this behavior? This way, we can have a closer look at what's going on.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for you assistance. I have attached a pdf with screenshots that I hope will be helpful.

Thanks for the screenshots @user-removed!

Could you also let me know if this happens on the mobile app? If possible, try logging in on another desktop app on a different device to see if the same issue occurs.

Looking out to your reply.

Thank you very much for your help. Worked a treat when I downloaded and used the desktop app.
