Daily Mix playlists are not updating on PC

My daily mixes on PC are few months old. They are NOT updated as I listen to music. None of the songs I've been listening to in the past months have appeared in any of the mixes. (I've already seen topics on this forum with answers that I just need to wait. That's not the case). 

I listen Spotify on 3 devices, 2 of which are Windows 10 and 1 is Android phone. I get fresh daily mixes only on the phone. Also, the mixes are out of sync even between 2 PCs. 

When starting playing any mix on the phone and then transfer it to PC - it plays on PC for some time, then reaches the end and stops. Starting it again just replays all the same songs. 

Did the fresh install on PC - got the same old mixes as before. 

Is there a way to sync Daily Mixes to have them up to date?
