[Desktop] Add option to extract logs to error reports.

My Question or Issue

I was thinking it might be a good idea to have an option (that has to be activated or for "superusers") to extract a logfile.

This is to be used when you submit a error report (which I tend to do when I find a bug I get annoyed by). I assume that the dev team would be happy for this (I know I do when I get an error report of some sort) and it would make it easier to determine the error in strange cases, I for instance just submittet an error that by the look of it only appeared in one album.
