Does anyone know why I can't hear anything from Spotify through wired and wirless devices?

Does anyone know why I can't hear anything from Spotify through anything?  It's not working through the laptop speakers, a wireless headset, 7 sets os wireless earbuds, or a wired headset.  I asked people from Spotify but they had no clue about anything and were completely worthless.  Thank y'all in advance so much.  Randy Cooper

Hi @Paramedic_FormerCop, welcome to the Community.

It sounds like a sound card issue. Do other apps play sound normally, or is it a general audio issue?

Anyway, since you're on Windows, I'd focus on checking Sound Settings: Right-click the volume icon > Sounds > Playback tab > Ensure the correct device is set as Default.

Also, another user who had a similar issue solved it by going to Sound Settings -> Sound card selection -> Sound Card Properties. Then, in the Advanced tab, changing the output format to Channel 2, 24 bits, 96000 Hz. 

I haven't tried this one myself, but it might work for you as well.
