“Download” filter of the Library is activated without being requested

“Download” filter of the Library is activated without being requested

Many times after suspending the computer, the Library appears filtered by “downloads only”. It is a nuisance because I have to remove the filter every time.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community!

 

If the filter is turning on by itself, then this may be an issue caused by corrupted cache and if you've not done this already, you can give Spotify a clean reinstall with the steps here. It helps resolve different performance issues.

 

If the same behavior continues, you can delete the app and instead re-download it either from our website or from the MS Store (whichever version you weren't using so far).
