My Question or Issue

I am trying to download my Itunes playlist.  I have ticked the Share box in Itunes but when I click File in Spotify there is no Import Playlist option there.  What do I do now?

Hey there @wok68499

thanks for reaching out to the community !

Please enter your settings on the Spotify app and scroll down to "Local Files" and make sure that "iTunes" is checked there as well.

If it was, please try entering your account page online, click "Sign Out Everywhere" and log back in on all devices as it tends to do the trick.

Waiting on your update 😃

Hi,
I'm having the same issue but this didn't work for me.
Do you have any other possible solutions?

Thanks!

Hello. I am having the same problem. I've logged out on all devices and logged back in. My "File" setting on Spotify only has the options "new playlist" and "new playlist folder." Nothing else.

I have also tried importing MP3 files (all legal) from numerous folders (including iTunes and My Music), but it will not read any MP3 files. Nor WAVE, nor anything else whatsoever, no matter what location I select. I have the premium version of Spotify. I would greatly appreciate any help on these two topics.

I thought a workaround on this 2nd issue would be to import the MP3 file into iTunes, then import files from iTunes, but again, no such ability.

Thanks!

Yeah same here. Does it work for you now?
