First ~.2 seconds of song get cut off

My Question or Issue

Repeatedly having an issue on the Windows Spotify app where I'll start playing a song and lose the first bit of it, like maybe around 0.2-0.3 seconds. And sometimes when I click back to rewind so I can hear the beginning properly, Spotify goes back to the previous song instead of rewinding to the beginning. This only happens when I'm going from listening to nothing to listening to a song, never when I finish a song and go right into another. If anyone is aware of a fix, please let me know - otherwise, I hope this issue is resolved in the future!

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to look into this for you.

We haven't seen any reports for such issues recently and we weren't able to reproduce it ourselves. When did this first start happening? Is it only on the Windows app? In any case, to cover our bases consider performing a full clean reinstall as that's known to resolve a multitude of issues and hopefully this will also be one of them.
