How to fix, "You Can't play this content on spotify" due to Realtek Drivers

How to fix, "You Can't play this content on spotify" due to Realtek Drivers

I had a problem these days with spotify desktop App.

For Window Users, this problem may appears when you try to play a song. Your speakes are working normally on other apps, but in Spotify Desktop app your Realtek drivers could not work correctly.

You should uninstall Realtek drives and try to reinstall or install Nvidia High Definition Audio Drivers (Are free).

This must solve the problem.

I had the same problem on a Dell running Windows 10 after a Windows Update. Reset/reinstall Spotify didn't work. Deleting driver from device manager didn't work. Ultimately had to uninstall Spotify, download the most up to date driver from the Realtek website (which took hours to download), reinstalled the driver, rebooted, installed Spotify.
