How to save Spotify charts as playlist?

Spotify published its charts, such as the Global Hits, at https://charts.spotify.com/charts/view/regional-global-weekly/latest.

I want to save the chart as a playlist so that I can play all the songs from the chart. How to do this?

Also, can I save a Spotify playlist in a downloadable playlist format such as m3u?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

At the moment there's no option to save a chart such as the one you sent from Spotify Charts as a playlist directly. What you can do instead is click on the track cover as seen on the screenshot below in order to open it on Spotify and save it to one of your playlists:

You also have the option to download the data from the chart in a .csv file in case you find that useful. You just need to click on the download button to the right of the chart's name:

When it comes to downloading a playlist in a different format than it is, I'm afraid that won't be possible, since Spotify downloads are stored in such a way that they can only be accessed by the Spotify app in the format they were uploaded in.
