I can not import my Itunes playlist on Spotify - Nothing Happens

Hello, 

Everything is in the title. I can't manage to import my Itunes playlist on my Spotify Prenium application in my PC. I have already made the following steps : 

Went to my itunes -> Files -> preferences -> advanced -> checked the box "share the XLM files ... with other application

Then Spotify -> files -> import playlist from -> Itunes 

And nothing happened 

By the way, I have had the same probleme with Windows media.
