I can't find my "Top track this month" in Desktop Profile.

Solved!

I can't find my "Top track this month" in Desktop Profile.

It's been more than a month since I subscribed to the premium account, and I have listened to the song in a public session, not private session.
But, I can't find my TOP TRACK THIS MONTH even if I press the profile menu on my PC Desktop screen. Help me.

Hey @user-removed,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

The information about "Top Artists and Top Songs this month" is available for all users, but only you can see that info in your profile. Since this works similar to the personalized mixes, keep in mind that the account must have a couple months in use streaming tracks for the app to have enough information to display it.

If the account fills that requirement, the issue could be related to some damaged cache stored on your PC. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

I did the clean reinstall but still can't see my top tracks this month or top artists this month. I have had the account for a long time and even had these features before but now they are gone. I have reinstalled spotify numerous times, restarted my computer, cleared cache and deleted all spotify files, nothing works... can you help please?

Hi there @rorydavis,

Thanks for the reply. Could you send us some screenshots of exactly what you see? That will help us investigate this further.

Keep us posted.
