My Question or Issue

Hi, recently i got an error message saying 'Something went wrong', which i was able to fix by resetting my network, a week later i get the same error. 

Is there any way to fix this so i don't have to reset my network every single time or is that all i will be able to do?

Hi,

 

Thankyou for posting in the Spotify community.

This is a general error that may appear on your Android device or desktop and may need a basic network reset and clearing of the App cache.

Restart your device and then try again using different internet connection 

In case it's still not resolved I recommend checking with the service provider who set up your home network to resolve any potential issues with the way the network is configured.
