My Question or Issue

I'm trying to look at lyrics of songs but it doesn't let me, I've tried others songs same thing I didn't have this problem before and I know the songs work with lyrics.

Just to confirm, is this happening with all songs or only with some of them? Keep in mind that lyrics may not be available on all songs and devices. New lyrics are added every day, so you may find what you’re looking for in the future. 
 

On another note, does the same happens across devices? If so, sending us the URI of the songs you're having issues with would come in handy. We'll take a closer look.

Thanks for letting us know!

I'd recommend doing a clean reinstall of the desktop app using these steps as this will ensure that you're running the latest version and that any damaged cache will be removed. Can you also check if you're logged in the same account on all of your devices by comparing the login details shown on your account page on your phone and on your computer, for example? 

Another thing you can try is asking a friend or relative to log in their account on your computer and play some of the songs that you can't see the lyrics for to check if they experience the same thing. This will help determine if this is account- or device-related.
