Messages and not seeing them

I don't know why it does this, but I have had people send me songs and I can only see the very most resent song that was sent.  I can not go back and look at any of the history.  Also if they sent more then one song, I don't get the others only the last one.  People that have been sending me songs all say that they can see every song that was sent by me and even ones that they send me, but I don't.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
